To stand out of a (spam filled) crowd on LinkedIn, don’t just message people trying to get an appt with them after inviting them to connect. Send them a VIDEO that is PERSONALIZED to them, that shares something of value (like a tip, podcast, checklist, etc) and the first call to action in the video should be to let you know how you liked the resource (or video). NOT to book a time with them ASAP. You need to get people to know and like you enough to trust you with their time. Too many people try to get business after they have barely “met” you yet.
