What’s a tip or strategy that you would like to share?

How to Generate an entire month of video content in a day: Chunk it down into bite size chunks and then time block it. Here’s an example schedule:

An Entire Month of Video Content Done in 2.5 Hours!

12 Videos Total – 3 videos per week. I recommend a schedule of every other day for releasing your video.

20 MIN: BRAINSTORM CONTENT
Write Video Content Ideas in a brainstorm list. Not sure what to write about. Use google keyword search tool and use the suggested searches for other topic ideas. Brainstorm a list of 20 ideas you could create videos about.

PRO TIP: let yourself flow. There is no right or wrong answer here. Flow with your ideas and let them come through.

45 MIN: VIDEO CONTENT MAPPING
Pick your top 12 Ideas. Write those top 12 Video Topic Ideas down. One Idea per sheet of paper. Start with one sheet of paper and write 3 talking points about that video topic. Videos are short and sweet. 1-3 min per video.

15 MIN: GET READY
Setup your camera, mic, lights, etc. Freshen your face. Put on a great shirt and accessories. Do some grounding exercises to get camera ready.

1 HOUR: FILM IT
Pull out one of the sheets of paper. Ground yourself. Review your notes then GO!
Record the video. 1-3 min of content. Quick and easy. 12 videos x 3 min each = 36 min total recording time max. You’ve got one hour.. You can do this!!

PRO TIP: Shake out your body.. deep breath and rebound a bit in between each video to keep your self in the flow and movement of energy to continue.
